Hello,

In an attempt to save time and be more efficient with tracking absences and tardies, is there a way to set up an auto alert/notification of students who need to be contacted about being close to absenteeism thresholds?

It would help to have that alert/report emailed to me daily as opposed to running and sorting through the reports.

What systems do you have set-up to stay ahead of these notifications?

Thank you.

In my district, we use Kinvo and love it! It is a PS product that we use to send out automatic attendance notices to parents. You do have to run reports, but it takes less than a minute to run.

Hello,

We use BrightArrow for our notifications system. I believe it is a plugin to our PowerSchool. We have several auto notifications that we set up to send out from low grades to attendance issues. They can send texts, emails, or call. We pay separately for it but it is worth it for the time that is saved daily.
