      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same issue with parent accounts.&amp;nbsp; We no longer use Schoology (and haven't since 2020) and students who have since left our school cannot get into their account and cannot set up new ones due to the emails already being used.&amp;nbsp; I've deactivated their PS accounts but it didn't solve the problem.&amp;nbsp; What do we do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
