Schoology Courses quick acces are not archived

We have an incident, the courses whose end date was April 7th appear as archived but in “courses” quick access they still show up. It is important to clarify that initially the period 2025 IIQ had the end date april 15th. The period 2026 IQ was configured with a starting date of April 8th, the end date configuration (2025 IIQ) was changed today, 04/16/2026.

With the previous date configurations addressed, those mentioned courses were not archived. With the new dates they showed as archived but still have presence on quick access.
