PowerSchool - Subs link is disabled

Hello, my name is Leon with Laton Unified School District. We are experiencing issues with accessing the PowerSchool Subs link for our Substitute Teachers to access and view their rosters for the classes they are subbing for. Could you please assist with this?

We recommend making sure that this feature is enabled by navigating to Start Page > System Setup > System Settings > Security > Enable Substitute Teacher Sign In. Please review this document: substitute-sign-in-permissions for more information.

If it is enabled and still facing issues then we recommend reaching out to the Technical Support Contact of your district who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool SIS Support Team on your behalf for further troubleshooting

I've enabled the Substitute Teacher Sign in, but unable to find where the (password) is set at? any recommendations?

How do I find the link for my school? Our website was updated and now ours is gone.

I think it's just /subs instead of /admin or /teachers on the url

It works for me but if you are not a technical contact you may not have access.
