PowerSchool Report Card Generation Issue

I am having trouble generating Report cards from Powerschool SIS. When I am generating the report cards, by selecting Term 2, it is coming as blank. I am able to take Term 1 cards, it is populating, but Term 2 is not populating, how to fix this. please help

You will need to provide much, much more information for anyone to assist.

-Object Report or Report Card Template?

-Standards Grades or Traditional?

-If Object Report, DATS or Transcript Object(s)?

That is only to start. Screenshots are great, too (redact PII).

Like Jeff said we will need more information but first check Historical course grades and make sure you see the grades. If not you will need to store grades. After that if you could include a screenshot of the report setup that would be helpful
