Form Builder - Elements

We are adding a note to parents on the Student Page in Form Builder. The goal is that if parents check either of the boxes, the following note will appear (see screenshot), the below note will appear.

"Be prepared to provide updates proofs of residency directly to your student's school registrar for address changes."

I selected a Text field because it was the only element I found that allows us to create a rule where the sentence appears only when the box is checked based on a specific condition (see screenshot). However, we do not actually need this to be a text field since parents are not required to enter any information.

Is there an alternative element we could use that would allow the message to display conditionally without requiring user input?
