LastGradeUpdate Report

Our HS administrators would like the ability to run a report where they can see the last time a teacher's gradebook was updated. They would like to do this for all teachers at once. Has anyone else created a report like this? If so, how?

I know about the LastGradeUpdate field, but would rather have a simpler process for our administrators.

Currently, we do not have a specific report to see the last time a teacher's gradebook was updated in PowerSchool SIS. However, we have a similar enhancement request submitted by other users.

You can Vote for the Enhancement Request SIS-I-11735 on PowerSchool Ideas Portal so that the product team can take a look at this. You can search for ideas using keywords or the idea number SIS-I-11735 in the Search Ideas field at the top right corner of the Ideas Portal.

Click on the Vote box next to the Idea.
The vote box should change to green and the counter should increase by one.

This article should walk you through how to raise/Vote an Enhancement Request.

We also encourage the other Community members to share their insight if they have been able to create a report to see the last time a teacher's gradebook was updated.

Good Afternoon, I am trying to help my High School admin with this currently. Can you share with me how you use the LastGradeUpdate field, or if you have come up with a different solution?

The Lastgradeupdate field is available in the Current Grades Enterprise report. If you run that report, you can filter by the date in that field.
