I am trying to have current/future courses displayed on a transcript. My transcript is an object report, and I would like to list current course names only for college purposes. Has anyone been successful in doing this?

Thanks,

Stacie B

You can store a blank grade for current classes and have the transcript object pull that. It will pull the name of the course with no grade.

Thanks for the idea, but doesn't the transcript object pull from historical grades? I am specifically looking to print transcripts from historical grades, and have next years courses listed so colleges can see what is up and coming for students who applying early to college. I could be wrong and not understanding, too.

There is a check box with transcript object reports that allow you to show current grades. My recollection is this will only show IN PROGRESS classes in addition to all of the historical grades. It will not show next year's classes unless you have already submitted your schedule and performed EOY process.

Thanks for your suggestion. I already tried this option, but the grade also prints out. I do not want the current grade to print, just the course name.

Stacie Boswell
