Seeing assignments on Quick Lookup screen

When I pull up a student and go to their quick lookup screen and click on a term grade, it is not showing any assignments (or it is showing assignments for a different teacher). This seems to only be happening at one school. When I log in as district, it shows the correct assignments (for the same student I was looking at under the school). When I log in as other schools, they seem to also be correct. Any advice?

Would please try turning off the customization and check if the assignment and grades are showing?

If you still cannot see the assignment or scores, I would recommend reaching out to your district's Technical Contact who can submit a support ticket and work with PowerSchool Support to investigate further.

Hi Brooke,

Have you checked the Quick Lookup Display Preferences screen at that particular school? Can you compare it to the other schools and see if anything is different?
