Data Enabled/Extracted Reports/System via SQL - Auto Refresh?

Hello,

I’m wondering if there is a way to create data-enabled (live or refreshable) reports within BusinessPlus—perhaps through a SQL report or a similar feature.

Ideally, I’d like to build a report that can display information such as:

All purchase orders for a given fiscal year, or
All staff who have charged to a specific project and their cost for the month.

My goal is to have a report that can either:

Connect directly to the server so it can be refreshed in Excel, or
Be set up as a DES (Data Extraction System) report where I can select specific fiscal years or projects to run dynamically.

Is this type of setup possible within BusinessPlus or supported by PowerSchool?
