Customize Notifications

How can I customize an email notification? Doc says we cannot use dynamic text but surely there must be a way to add SOME content in here? There is no point in sending an email notifying staff that a student is enrolled if we can't include the student's basic info. Help? Just looking to create basic enrollment and withdrawal email notifications like {{studentLastFirst}} has been enrolled into {{studentHomeSchool}}, {{studentGradeLevel}}.

You can set up an in-app notification and those allow dynamic text.

Thanks - I am aware of the in-text option, I was hopeful to do it via email so staff do not miss it.

It is my understanding that because email is not secure there is not an option to show student PII.

Ok thank you. I am trying to at least customize the in-app notifications. Is this the ONLY dynamic text we can use? https://ps.powerschool-docs.com/pssis-admin/latest/notifications I am trying to add ExitCode to the in-app notification.

Also can hyperlinks (like to the student's record) be added to these?

I set this up as Event Type: Application Event, Application Event: Transfer to Another School but it is not working as expected. It is showing the school the student is transferring FROM, not TO, and the entry code is not displaying. What dynamic text can I use here instead?

{{studentNumber}} {{studentLastFirst}} has been enrolled into {{studentHomeSchool}}, grade {{studentGradeLevel}} with entry code {{student.EntryCode}}

I can confirm that's the case. The ExitCode is available on the "Transfer Out of School" Application Event, but not the "Transfer to Another School" Application Event. Far as the dynamic text goes, yes, that's what's currently available.
