Teacher cannot see attendance code entered by Admin (office)

When our office enters any attendance code for a student, the teacher cannot see this code when viewing attendance page in PowerTeacher. I would like the teacher to see this code, but not be able to modify it. The teachers can currently see the attendance comment. See screenshot.

I'm not sure what settings are involved here, but this issue resolved itself in time.

In my experience, that's how it has always worked. The moment the office makes an attendance change, it should appear in PowerTeacher. (If a teacher has that class opened, it won't show up until the attendance page is is refreshed or relaunched.) You might check to see if the page is customized which could impact what is viewed by the teacher.
