Attendance Report for Specific types of absences for a specific date range

I'm trying to use PowerSchool to run a monthly report for student attendance. I would like the output of the report to preferably be a CSV file that would have all the students in the school listed (1 students per row) and for the columns to contain the following values; Absences due to Illness, Unexcused Full Day Absence, Unexcused Half Day Absence, Full Day Excused Absence, Half Day Excused Absence, Tardy Excused, and Tardy Unexcused.

At the moment, it seems like the only reports that I can produce will either give me the cumulative totals of all those categories combined, or it will separate the types of absences, but only show totals for the whole school and not for individual students.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Are you going to Attendance > Absentee Reports?

Yes, but that will only give the students who have an absence on one date. I'm looking for a report that will give me the totals of each type of absence (illness, unexcused full, unexcused half, tardy excused, tardy unexcused) for a date range (specifically totals for that month). And I need the monthly totals of each type of absence listed for each student individually.

Have you tried the Attendance Count Report?

Yes, that also only returns a cumulative total of all the different types of absences as one value.

I would like a report where the output looks like this:

Student Name	Absent-Illness	Unexcused	Unexcused 1/2 Day	Tardy
John Doe	0	2	0	1
Jane Doe	1	0	0	0

Does your school/district use third party PCSB reports? These reports are what I use for each category of absence, a specific date rage, or for the whole school seperated by grade level. Let me know!

Hi Monica!

Unfortunately we weren't able to get this figured out. I had to just go through individual student reports and compile it myself manually.
