I still don't have an edit button, so I am unable to edit student profiles/close out students that have W/D from us in PowerSchools.

Do you need to transfer the student record out? If so, that is not done using an edit button. Rather, search for/select the student, then go to School Enrollment > Transfer out of School

No, I need to close out their end date in PS and can't edit profile information to do so.

Hi. Thank you for your response.

The term "close out" really isn't part of the PowerSchool vernacular, so I assumed you need to transfer out the student record, which is essentially just to make the student record inactive as of a particular date.

Again, IF that is what you need to do, my previous reply would still be valid.

However, if you only need to EDIT the ExitDate field without inactivating the student record, search/select the student, then go to School Enrollment > Enrollment History

On this page, click the Entry Date of the current enrollment record. This will put you into a screen where you can edit the exit date. Once your update is complete, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the submit button.
