I just ran the load and it says no students have course requests. I did the import. Same situation. My students have requests and I can't figure out what to do to fix it.

Some basic things to look at: You've inputted the master schedule for next year with courses, selections and teachers? For each course is "Schedule this course" selected? I'm assuming all of the students also have "schedule this teacher/student" selected as well. Did you run the validation option in load to see if there are any errors need fixing? I'm also assuming the course catalog is setup correctly for the year. Without further information it's hard to troubleshoot from afar.

Is there an easy way to see if all courses have a check on "schedule this course" or do I need to go to each one individually?

Same question for students and teachers....is there a quick way to check this?

Yes, I ran the validation and I fixed most errors.

I believe the course catalog is set up correctly yes.

Inside PowerScheduler, go to REPORTS (near the bottom of the left nav menu) and then select Course List. It will show a Y or N for all of the classes. For Students and Teachers, if they are listed in PowerScheduler, they should be good to go. I would spot check just a few kids and teachers.

You should also check and see if there's a course max enrollment number for each section.
