Scheduler Warning Log

I am in the process of building my master schedule and this year I am encountering an error message that I have not seen before when I review the Scheduler Warning Log after I have run the Schedule Students task.

The message reads "

Request-manager seek-back failed for student-schedule (student number) for section-Key XXXXX

Any idea what this means and how it impacts students scheduling into courses? I have not been able to find an answer so far.

Had the same question and asked eschool. This is the response I got

This message is connected to the prompts used to run the Student Scheduler - Shuffle and Reschedule Attempts.

It indicates it tried to move a course section to another slot in the schedule but could not make it work. It does show the message multiple times as it moves through the students' other scheduled courses and master schedule sections to see if it can move something to make way for another course.

So most likely if you have any number in the reshuffle we you go to run the report you might get these warnings.
