&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If your new school does not have an assigned state (RTHS) number, give it the same number as an equivalent school. For example, if you are making another Middle School but were not given an RTHS number for that school, give the new one the same number as your current Middle School.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Create your years and terms&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In Years and Terms, add your periods and days&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Set up your calendar&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make your courses available in your new school&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Set up your periods and Cycle Days&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Create your bell schedule(s)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That is what I can think of so far. Good luck with creating your new school!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In PowerSchool Professional Learning go to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Administration&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab, go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Schools&lt;/STRONG&gt; and click &lt;STRONG&gt;Enter New School&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Fill in the school information and click &lt;STRONG&gt;Create School&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next, you'll need to set up the school as a new office. Go to the &lt;STRONG&gt;Professional Learning&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab, then &lt;STRONG&gt;Configuration&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Under &lt;STRONG&gt;Office Set-Up&lt;/STRONG&gt;, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Create New Office&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Here, enter the new school information, assign users, and set roles as needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Things will need to be adjusted to your needs, but hopefully this will be helpful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;District Office&lt;BR /&gt;1. Create School at District Office&lt;BR /&gt;2. Add Course Catalog to new school&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;a. NOTE: This can only be done AFTER the Year is created at the building, Step 1 below&lt;BR /&gt;3. (For High School) Set up Class Rank&lt;BR /&gt;4. (For High School) Set up GPA Calculations&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;At The New School&lt;BR /&gt;1. Create Year&lt;BR /&gt;2. Create Terms S1-S2,T1-T3,Q1-Q4 - (edit the year)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;a. Terms NEED to be done in order: Year,S1,S2,T1,T2,T3,Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;3. Set number of Days and Periods&lt;BR /&gt;4. Cycle Days&lt;BR /&gt;5. Period settings (rename)&lt;BR /&gt;6. Next Schools&lt;BR /&gt;7. Departments&lt;BR /&gt;8. Attendance Preferences&lt;BR /&gt;9. Full-Time Equivalencies (FTE)&lt;BR /&gt;10. Attendance Conversions&lt;BR /&gt;11. Attendance Code Categories&lt;BR /&gt;12. Attendance Codes&lt;BR /&gt;13. Bell Schedule&lt;BR /&gt;14. Calendar Setup (Preferred)&lt;BR /&gt;15. GPA Student Screens&lt;BR /&gt;16. Class Rank Methods&lt;BR /&gt;17. Final Grade/Reporting Term Setup&lt;BR /&gt;18. Current Grade Display&lt;BR /&gt;19.
