This academic year, she studied a different foreign language, which should also be awarded 1 credit. Therefore, her total Foreign Language credits should be 2, not 1 as currently recorded.</P><P>For your reference, I have attached her transcript. As the previous staff member is no longer with us, we would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to update and reflect the correct credit accurately.
