SFTP Connection Error

Hello,

I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing when attempting to connect to an SFTP server through the Plugin Management Console. The error message I receive is:

“Connection failed. psx.ftl.admin_pluginconsole.test_remote_connection.connect.protocol”

This connection was previously functional; however, after the vendor changed the password following the PowerSchool breach, I have encountered this error. I have confirmed that the credentials, protocol, etc. are correct, as I am still able to successfully connect to the directory via FileZilla.

Could anyone provide insights into what might be causing this issue or suggest any troubleshooting steps to resolve it? I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference.

Were you able to figure this out? I am experiencing the same issue with one district, but the others work fine.
