Some courses not appearing on report cards

When I go to print our grade-level report cards, some grades are missing their Health course on their report cards despite having assignments and assessments recorded in their grade book. Any ideas how to fix this?

Is the report card set to pull stored or current grades?

If stored, have you stored the grades?

If the report card is set to pull stored grades and you have stored them (with the correct store code the RC is looking for), is the course set to exclude from Report Cards/Transcripts?

I believe report card setup is done at the district level. I have copied the master schedule for the past 4 years and never had this problem. How would I get to the report card setup to check this setting?

I found the settings. Report cards are set to display current grades for each of the "store codes". These settings are the same as in previous years. All assignments and assessments are set to "include in final grade."

What is strange is that this course showed up last week for only grades 1 and 2. This week it shows up for grades 1, 2, and 3 and no settings have been changed. Any other ideas of what I can check? I am at a loss!!

It is hard to troubleshoot with no access to your system. Have you looked at the teacher gradebook in question? Are the assignments in the correct term?
