Naviance adding school after letters of recommendation are uploaded

I apologize if this is not the right board. My son who is a senior in high school is using the Naviance for several of his college applications. He set his list of schools he wants to apply to, then got his teachers to upload their letters of recommendation. He wants to add another school for those letters of recommendation to go to, but Naviance won't let him do that because he added it after they were uploaded. How do we get that fixed?

I would think this should be a simple process and surprised the system won't let him do this. Can someone help provide some guidance? Asking teachers to re-upload the letters isn't a viable solution as it was a hassle to get any of them to do these letters of recommendation.
