    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to create new courses at the district level, but I keep getting the following error message when I attempt to put in the secondary course code:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This Subject Area Course is Unavailable for the current Calendar Year.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can't find any information about this anywhere!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
