    <description>&lt;P&gt;Plugins are .zip files that you install via the Plugin Management Dashboard. It is a very simple process that anyone remotely "computer competent" will have no difficulty with.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To "add functions," you might need to get into Customization, which is a much, much different beast than installing a plugin.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
