Special Programs Student Search

The search function is not working like it typically has in the past. Within the last week, staff are not able to search by student last name by typing in a few letters. Now staff have to type out the full last name of the student where as before we were able to type in a few letters of the last name and press search then a list of names would populate.

Can someone please check this feature to see if there is a glitch in the system from the last update.

No, we are not able to search by first name but can if we know the ID number

We recently took the 23.11.3.0 Platform update and are also experiencing this issue. 1 character works if in last name only, but not if there is 1 character in both first and last name. 3 characters in last name field returns only half of the results that it should. Issue is reproducible under staff and admin accounts, but no issues under consultant accounts.
