Documents in wrong year in Special Programs

I completed several forms that need to be in the 24-25 school year documents but because that school year is not open they went into the 23-24 school year. Is there a way that they can be moved to the 24-25 school year documents?

I started on some of the documents for my 2024-2025 IEPs (Special Education Rights, Written Meeting Notices, etc.). I finally noticed that they were in the 2023-2024 documents, and I need them in the 2024-2025 documents. How can I move them to the 2024-2025 year? Some of the documents are dated and some only have the date I created them.
