In Fall 2023 we switched to Destiny. Unfortunately not all of our data was exported - I lost user data for library and textbooks, and my textbook inventory. Our district IT support person has been working to resolve this but has met with limited success. On the end of the month, I have high school registration which will be impossible. Any tips on getting support that will give us access to our textbook database?

Hi @kellyjanes.

I recommend working with the technical contacts in your school district who should be able to reach out to the PowerSchool support team to figure out how to retrieve the L4U data for your instance.
