&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For example, this GPA in the screenshot takes:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The SUM of the GPA Points TIMES the Potential Credit, DIVIDED by the SUM of the Potential Credit&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;of all Y1 grades from grade levels 9-12 that count in GPA and have Potential Credit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Simple GPA</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our simple GPA is not calculating correctly. I know that PowerSchool is not making an error and that our IT department must have some settings wrong, but I don't know how to find it. I'm just a counselor. But I do know that when I hand calculate a student's simple GPA, I am getting a different GPA than what is in PowerSchool. Our IT department doesn't seem to think this is an issue because the weighted GPA is correct. What can I do?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
