&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only technical contacts for your district can open a case with PowerSchool. This would be either your PowerSchool Admin or someone in your IT department. If you want the ability to create cases with PowerSchool your PowerSchool Admin/IT director will have to add you as a technical contact for Schoology.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
