      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a school secretary.&amp;nbsp; A student transferred as of 11/27.&amp;nbsp; The family is no longer moving and decided to have him come back 11/29.&amp;nbsp; Can we re-enroll him in Functions or does he need to be re-registered?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
