Enrollment Express Forms

Hello - In our enrollment forms, we have 5 of them and I thought I had set them up to go from A>B>C etc. However they are going from the first immediately to the last. I set them up at the bottom of each page correctly (or so I thought). Anyone else have this issue and what did you do to fix it?
