Storing senior grades before permanently storing grades

Hello,

Our seniors finished school last Friday. However, everyone else isn't finished until the 18th. Is there a way to store the senior grades so they appear on transcripts and figure into the GPA calculations for Valedictorian, Salutatorian, and top 10 before we permanently store grades for the rest of the school?

On the Permanently Store Grades page in the Additional Filter Options area, you can choose grade levels to store. Later, when you store the rest of the students, you can use that area to exclude grade 12.

Thank you! This will be a great help for next year. I already figured all 4 years of senior grades by hand this year and it took forever!!
