Combining Classes

I need to have a regular class and an honors class meeting at the same time with the same teacher. I set it up to have a relationship type - is blocked for building - and a code - combine into. I keep getting an error message that the courses cannot be blocked/combined. I have checked all the information (sections, ppm, frequency, etc.) and they match. What else can it be?

Just tried that. It didn't work. Same error message.

Give "May be built concurrently with" a shot.
