PowerSchool report

Can someone point me in the direction to set up a with system report letter to print out for parents that are withdrawing their students? I know how to get there just don't know all the right codes to use to insert the dates, headings, student name, etc..

And also, I would like to set up system report for a middle school transcript. Same as above, just don't know what codes to use.
