Changing Course Codes

RIght now our course codes are all over the place. We were looking at creating a new system for our course codes. Do I have to create a brand new class and then just archive the old ones since they don't have the right course code? Or is there a way I can just change the current classes course code?

There is a way to change Course Codes by going to System Administrator>Change Course Number. I would hesitate to do this, but would encourage you to start fresh. Others may disagree, but this will prevent the possibility of any orphaned records by changing the current codes.
