Logged out of Schoology all the time

Hi there,

An issue has come to my attention on the Schoology mobile app where I am being logged out of my account nearly every time I close and re-open the app.

This problem is a pain when I'm in class and need to quickly access assessments or class work using my phone. I am currently using Android 12.

Have you tried to uninstall the Schoology app and then re-install it to see if the issue still persists? I would also recommend making sure that you are on the latest version of the Android app. Additionally, you can review this article for more information.
