How to set up incident management

As an administrator, I went to Special Functions-- Incident Management--- but there was no button to click for create incident.

The message I'm getting is "To add new incidents, you must have access to Incident Types codes"

How do I do that? Thanks!

Hi @fweiss,

If you have created the Incident Types from Incident Management, you would need to make sure that the incident types are accessible to your security group.
