Taking Attendance - Error "Please select an attendance code"

The issue I'm having is that when it comes to teachers doing attendance on powerschool teacher, they get an error of "Please select an attendance code". They've tried different web browsers, clearing browsing history and cache and to no avail. I can make attendance changes without any issue in the powerschool admin section but the teacher can't do it on their end. Any other tips would be appreciate it.

Do you have the setting for Prevent Attendance page submit if blank attendance is used (PowerTeacher) enabled? This setting is on the admin side of PS under Start Page > School > Attendance - Preferences.

Thanks so much! I took over updating powerschool from someone else. This resolved this issue!
