Spring Break. Not the best day to have this.
Hello Teresa, thank you for your comment. Please note all PowerUps are recorded and posted to PowerSchool Community within 24 hours for customers who cannot attend the live session. I hope your Spring Break is fun and relaxing. Enjoy!
Is it possible to download the video so I can have it as a reference even if it's taken off line?
@TCSLopez I don't think it is possible to download the video, but you can bookmark it and watch it when you need to.

How or where do I retrieve the slide deck or handouts for this recording?
@AMB The slide deck will be available on this page once it has been uploaded. I am checking on that for you at the moment. You should receive an email once it has been uploaded.
Thank you for your question @TCSLopez as @nicolebond stated the PowerUp recordings are available to view in Community but not for download.
All previous 2023 Special Programs PowerUps recordings are available here on the Special Programs PowerUps Registration page.
Thank you both for attending the PowerUps events. I hope you are finding them helpful and relative to your needs.
@rmskid I wish there could be small sessions of PowerUps where districts were able to use test environments to see how the new PS SIS enhancements will be for different localized functions. For instance, Power School Teacher or Nurses, or doing simple stuff like storing grades or PowerScheduler.

@nicolebond That is a great suggestion. Currently, we do not have an Educational Impact Consultant assigned to the SIS product for PowerUps. I will send this request over to our SIS team for consideration. Thank you for your continued support of PowerSchool products.
What if you want a group to be able to translate not the form but just the added text to the form that they have added in document fields. do you still go into security and add
@pbravo Yes, you will need to have that permission granted. When you go into a document that has been translated, you go navigate to> Translations and add the translated template to the document.
The staff still has to go in and translate the specific document. This is usually long text boxes.
You can use this link as a resource. Please follow the steps for Translate a Completed Document. Hope this helps!
But they can not change the original document just up date the information they added to document.
@pbravo Yes, the user would not be able to change the original document; only translate the information in text boxes they completed on the English version of the document.
Thank you
Just wanted to verify ...I have very creative users 🙂
Hello,
It would be nice if I could download this video to share with our new translator to view. Our district is going to have her start translating all of our Spanish IEPs to give to the parents. Is there another way to get her to video for reference?
Thank you for your question. The PowerUp recordings are available to view in Community but not for download.
Does the new language translator have a PowerSchool Community account?
Anyone with a Community account can view the video under the Events Hub.
She does not have an account is there any way that I can get her set up in Community to reference this video for the future?
